Founded in 1991, this brasserie has never stopped evolving while maintaining its atmosphere and authenticity. Over the years, it has become an essential place of passage from morning to evening for Annecy residents.

Ideally located a few steps from the lake and separated from a few streets from the city center, the Saint Charles has enlivened the Parmelan district since its birth, offering a privileged setting to its residents, as well as to people working nearby. 

A typical “bistro” period charm with a main room on a platform, lined with an atypical marble and wood counter as well as a cozy and bright back room. 

Outside, a south-west facing terrace offering you calm and sunshine from morning to evening and shade for hot summer days.

Since its creation, the Saint Charles has always managed to build the loyalty of a varied clientele eager to find the perfect place for every moment of the day. 

It was in 2016, on a sudden impulse, that two brothers, Arnaud and Morgan, from the world of family catering, decided to take up the torch and perpetuate the soul of this unique place.
